Learn to think

Let a man strive to purify his thoughts.  What a man

thinketh, that is he; this is the eternal mystery.

Dwelling within himself with thoughts serene,

he will obtain imperishable happiness.

Man becomes that of which he thinks.

           Upanishads

The mind is restless, turbulent, obstinate, and very strong.

To subdue it is more difficult than controlling the wind,

but it is possible by constant practice and attachment.

He who strives by right means is assured of success.

           Bhagavad-Gita

Lisa knew firstly she needed to relearn how to think.

In all the turmoil in life, she now knew that the only voice of trust and truth was her own inner voice, so she with intent embraced and honoured her own inner power. She embraced the entire hugeness and eternity of ALL CREATION and knew instinctively that all things outside of herself needed to be viewed, understood and learnt carefully.

Her logical mind told her that thinking and analysing certainly had its importance and worth however the need to sit quietly and meditate often gave balance and peace to the mind chatter. Logical thought in excess creates a mind that can only operate within limited frequencies. A feeling mind can not only embrace the full spectrum of emotions, but higher realms as well. She knew that CHOOSING to be in control is what counts and to begin to think objectively permitted addictions and ego issues fade. She began to instinctively see that her inner voice and knowings gave her objective sight and knowing and removed the disempowering trap of wishful thinking.

She began to see the obvious contradictions in her life. Mankind was blessed with amazing intelligence and insights yet continued to be ensnared in varying belief systems such as new age and mainstream religions that continually tugged at his emotions and created confusion at every step. One paradox was that people find it easier to believe in Christ on a cross than evil politicians and ruthless corporations.

Fear, doubt, greed, expectation and anxiety are all traps that will gnaw incessantly at everyone and the solutions are to just BE and be fully in control of all thoughts and emotions. The time to take charge had arrived. Lisa learnt to be critical in awareness and to choose which influences or emotional positions would be in her life from now on.

She had looked at her life and reality squarely in the eye and saw the illusion of existence for what it really is, and not some pink and fluffy delusional falsehood or some faith based existence that was not based on fact nor truth.

She would leave behind type of existence in the mainstream religious camps for it did not serve her interests. She chose to fully know herself.

People often get glimpses of their power and light but quickly get swept away from it into dramas and situations and thus forget their true power. People are purposely taught they are insignificant. In essence, they are actively taught disempowerment of the self

Lisa’s belief system had to change if she was to grow and escape the spiritual and emotional madness. She needed to embrace all in her realm to have sufficient knowledge to make those correct self-empowering choices.

One must first learn, then think positive, live positive and trust positive. That is when positive energy is created not only for the self but it then spreads throughout the entire realm. For too long the thoughts of negative living, trust and thinking have moulded the current world.
